GoalReview tens and ones, comparing numbers and patterns.
New words
tens and ones · how we build a numberpattern · something that repeatsgreater · bigger
Explanation

Numbers up to 99 are made of tens and ones. 3 tens and 9 ones make 39. We count back by taking one less each time. To compare, look at the tens first. A pattern repeats in the same order. A number pattern goes up by the same amount each time.

3 tens · 9 ones = 39
