Some things are easy to carry. A feather, a key and a cap are easy to carry. Some things are hard to carry. A table, a bed and a log are hard to carry. Ask for help with heavy things. We should also use only the water we need. Close the tap when you are not using it.
Worked examples
A leaf is easy to carry. A big stone is hard to carry.
For a drink of water we use a glass, not a bucket.
Close the tap when you are not using it. This saves water.
