Explanation

A good plan has things in order, with times. Habiba and Nour plan a day out: in the morning, the bakery; at midday, lunch at a restaurant; in the afternoon, a walk by the Nile. They work together. One draws the map and one writes the times. They listen to each other and share the jobs. Afterwards, Habiba writes a letter. It begins with “Dear” and the friend’s name. Then it tells the news. It ends with “From” and the writer’s name.
