For example: The President is elected. Laws are made in parliament. Ministers are appointed.

Describe the flag of Kyrgyzstan or Japan with position phrases.
For example (Kyrgyzstan): The flag has a red background. In the middle there is a yellow sun with forty rays. In the centre of the sun there is a red circle crossed by lines, like the top of a yurt.
