Find 3 light sources at home and say if they are natural or artificial.
For example: lamp — artificial; the Sun through the window — natural.

Draw a rainbow in 7 colours.
From top to bottom: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, blue, violet.

Draw a poster “Protect your eyes” (3 rules).
Good light, less screen time, do not rub the eyes.

Make your hand shadow different sizes on the wall and write how you did it.
Moving the hand toward the torch makes the shadow bigger; away makes it smaller.
