Explanation

Many people live on Earth. They live in different countries, speak different languages and dress differently. But everyone wants to be healthy and happy. Every person is one of a kind and every life is precious. That is why we respect one another.

Worked examples
Akmal lives in Uzbekistan and Rama in India. They speak different languages, but both love to play.
Every child needs a loving family, friends and good health.
Class activity

“What we share” game: work in pairs. Each pair finds 3 things they share and 3 differences and writes them in two columns. Then they read aloud: “We are alike in ..., we differ in ...”.
