Discover Term 1: Axis 1, Chapter 1
GoalName feelings and say what I can do when I feel them.
New words
feeling · what I feel insidehappy · feeling good and gladscared · feeling afraid
Explanation
A feeling is what we feel inside. We feel happy when we play with friends. We feel sad when we lose a toy. We feel angry when someone breaks our things. We feel scared when we hear a loud noise. All feelings are okay. Feelings change, and we can tell a grown-up how we feel. When we are angry, we can breathe slowly and count to five.
