Explanation

To ask what someone has on: “What are you wearing?” Answer: “I’m wearing a blue shirt and black pants.” About another person: “He’s wearing a green jacket.” “She’s wearing a pink dress.” “Wearing” means “has on now”.

Worked examples
— What are you wearing? — I’m wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans.
She’s wearing a red skirt and black shoes.
Class activity

“What’s different?”: one child leaves the room; another changes something (puts on a cap). When the child returns, they ask “What are you wearing?” and find the change.
