Explanation

In the book’s story the children eat healthy food and grow strong. The value: when we eat vegetables, fruit, milk and bread every day we stay healthy and strong. We eat sweets only a little.

Worked examples
“Strong Jasur”. Jasur plays sports every day. His mom gives him carrots, rice and fish for lunch. Jasur says “Yummy!” His friend Bobur eats only sweets and gets tired quickly. Jasur gives him a carrot. “Try it!” he says. Bobur eats the carrot. “It’s good!” he says. Now Bobur eats healthy food too.
Class activity

“Healthy plate”: children divide a plate into 3 parts and draw vegetables, meat or fish, and rice or bread. They say “This is healthy food.”
