Объяснение
The parts of paired and repeated nouns are written with a hyphen: dori-darmon (medicine), orzu-armon (dreams and regrets), ko‘rpa-to‘shak (bedding), qovun-tarvuz (melons), uy-joy (housing); repeated: qovun-povun, uy-puy, bug‘doy-mug‘doy. Paired nouns generally sum up things of one kind: ko‘rpa-to‘shak — all bedding. A repeated noun gives the sense “and the like”: choy-poy (tea and such). But exactly repeated words like es-es, chelak-chelak, qator-qator pass into the adverb class, and they are also written with a hyphen.
