Explanation

There are 7 days in a week. They always come in the same order: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. After Sunday, the week starts again with Monday. Today is the day we are in. Yesterday is the day before today. Tomorrow is the day after today. To find a day, say the days in order and count on or back.
