Explanation
The person all the events of a story happen around is the main character. The textbook has a story by Yayra Sa’dullayeva about something that happened in winter. Today we read our own story and think whether the character did the right thing.
Worked examples
“The snowman. Part 1”. At break the children made a snowman in the yard. They gave it a carrot nose and coal eyes. Ulug‘bek slipped on the ice slide and crashed into the snowman. The snowman fell and broke apart. The children were upset with Ulug‘bek.
Think: did Ulug‘bek break the snowman on purpose or by accident?
