Объяснение
Numerals that show the order of things are ordinal numerals. They answer nechanchi? (which one in order?) and are made by adding -(i)nchi to a counting numeral: birinchi (first), uchinchi (third), o‘ninchi (tenth). -inchi is added to a consonant-final number and -nchi to a vowel-final one: uch+inchi, ikki+nchi, olti+nchi. When an ordinal is written with Arabic digits, a hyphen after the digit replaces -inchi: 9-sinf (9th grade), 30-dekabr (30 December). With Roman numerals there is no hyphen: XXI asr (21st century).
