Explanation

Food gives our body what it needs. Grains give us energy to run and play. Protein foods help build strong muscles and help us grow. Dairy foods help build strong bones and teeth. Fruit and vegetables have vitamins that help us stay well. We also need water, sleep and exercise. We should eat foods from all the groups. We can eat sweets and fizzy drinks only a little, because they are not the foods our body needs most.
