conserve · to use carefully so that nothing is wastedelectricity · energy that makes lights, fans and fridges worksolar panel · a panel that uses sunlight to make electricity
Explanation

Water and electricity are precious, so we conserve them. To save water, we turn off the tap while we brush our teeth, take short showers, and tell a grown-up about a dripping tap. To save electricity, we switch off lights and fans when nobody is in the room, and we open the curtains in the daytime to use daylight. Technology helps too. Special light bulbs use less electricity. Solar panels use sunlight to make electricity, and Egypt has a lot of sun. Recycling plastic bottles also helps the environment. Children never touch sockets or wires. A grown-up does that.
