Family jobs and teamwork
Answers are for parents and teachers.
1
Make a list of family jobs. Write or draw who does which job at home. Which job do you do?
Answers differ. In every family several people share the jobs.
2
Ask a grown-up: “What was a morning problem you had when you were little? How did you solve it?” Tell a friend the story.
The child listens and retells the problem and its solution.
3
Tonight pack your school bag before bed. Tomorrow morning, did it help you get ready faster?
Usually yes: a bag packed the night before saves time in the morning.
4
Do one kind act for a classmate tomorrow, such as sharing a pencil or saying “thank you”. Tell your family what you did.
Any kind and respectful act is fine.
5
Count the people who live in your home. Draw them. How many are they?
The child's own number, for example 5.
