New words
rabbit, hare · quyonear · quloqoval · ovalforest · o‘rmon
Explanation
A rabbit is a forest animal with long ears. We draw it from simple shapes: the head is a circle, the body a big oval, the ears two long thin ovals, the tail a small circle. In winter a hare’s fur is white, in summer it is grey.
Worked examples
A circle head + a big oval body + 2 long oval ears + a small circle tail + eyes, nose and whiskers.
Class activity
Steps: 1) Lightly draw in pencil: a big oval at the bottom and a circle above it. 2) Add two long ears on the head and a little tail at the back. 3) Draw eyes, a nose, whiskers and legs, then erase extra lines. 4) Colour it grey or white and draw a forest around it. Game: “Who lives where?” Sort forest animals and farm animals.
