Textbook pp. 20–21
GoalLook at the shapes and colours of vegetables and draw them.
New words
vegetable · sabzavotcarrot · sabzitomato · pomidorshape · shakl
Explanation
Each vegetable has its own shape: a tomato is like a circle, a carrot like a long triangle, a cucumber like an oval. First we lightly draw the simple shape, then add leaves and the stalk. Vegetables have lots of vitamins and are very healthy.
Worked examples
Carrot = a long orange triangle + green leaves on top.
