Our land has high mountains, wide fields, rivers and orchards. Cotton grows in the fields; grapes, apples and pomegranates grow in the orchards. A picture of nature is called a landscape. In a landscape the sky is at the top and the ground at the bottom.
Worked examples
A landscape: blue sky, white snowy mountains, a green field and white cotton bolls.
Class activity
Steps: 1) Split the page with a line: the top is sky, the bottom is ground. 2) Draw mountains as triangles in the middle. 3) Draw a field or orchard below: cotton, grapes or pomegranates. 4) Colour it with coloured pencils.
