Explanation
A few simple habits keep us healthy. We follow personal hygiene. We eat healthy food and drink enough water. We sleep on time. We move a lot and play in the fresh air. We toughen up: wash our face with cool water in the morning and walk a lot. Health is the greatest treasure.

Class activity
“Health sun”: write “Healthy me” in the middle and draw 5 rays around it: hygiene, food, sleep, sport, fresh air. On each ray, the child draws one of their own healthy habits.
