Explanation

Devices run on electricity, so they can be dangerous. Rules: we do not touch them with wet hands, we keep water away, we do not use a broken device, we do not pull the cord to unplug it, and we do not hold the screen too close to our eyes. Playing for too long harms the eyes, so we take breaks.

Worked examples
If your hands are wet, dry them with a towel first, then touch the charger.
We watched a cartoon on the phone for 20 minutes — now we rest our eyes: we look far out of the window.
Class activity

“Right or wrong?”: the teacher describes a situation (“A child touched a charger with wet hands”). Children raise a hand if right, cross their arms if wrong, and then say the rule.

Practice
1
May we pull the cord to unplug a phone from the socket?
2
Why should we not hold a tablet close to our eyes?
3
What is good to do after playing on a phone or computer?
