Staying healthy: a short paragraph
To stay healthy we should eat a balanced diet, move our body, sleep well and spend time with friends. In a paragraph we give a topic sentence first. Then we give two or three ideas with because. We end with a sentence about us. We use should for good advice and shouldn’t for the opposite. We also say: It is important to … . For example: It is important to get enough sleep because tired children cannot learn well. If you ever feel ill, tell a grown-up.
There are many ways to stay healthy. First, we should eat fruit and vegetables because they make us strong. Second, it is important to play outside every day because exercise keeps our body fit. We shouldn’t stay up late because tired children cannot learn well. I try to follow these tips every day.
