Draw your school’s management structure (principal, deputies, teachers, classes) as a diagram and write who reports to whom.
The principal is at the top; deputies report to the principal; subject teachers and class tutors to the deputies; students to the teachers. Exact names depend on the school.

Plan a class event (for example an excursion) according to the manager’s four tasks.
For example: planning — place and date; organising — people in charge of transport and food; leading — involving everyone; controlling — checklist and roll call.

Write one advantage and one drawback of the democratic and of the autocratic style.
Democratic: many views, loyal team, but decisions may be slow. Autocratic: fast decisions, but initiative fades.
