They vote in elections; if they meet the age and conditions they can be a candidate; they follow the election rules.

It resembles the rights of association and taking part in governance: pupils express views and take part in school affairs.

Answers vary; a proposal should state the problem, the solution and who is responsible.

Because freedom must not violate others’ safety and rights; order protects everyone’s rights.
