Connect P3 Term 1: Unit 2
GoalStay safe with medicine and keep your body clean.
New words
medicine · something a doctor gives you to get wellgerms · tiny things that can make us sicktissue · soft paper for your nosegrown-up · a mum, a dad or another adultclean · not dirty
Explanation

Medicine is only for the person the doctor gives it to. We never take medicine alone, and we never take another person’s medicine. A grown-up gives us the medicine. We also keep our body clean. We wash our hands with soap and water before we eat. We brush our teeth. We use a tissue when we sneeze or cough. These habits stop germs. If a friend is sick, we say: Get well soon.
