Meals of the day
We eat three meals every day. Breakfast is in the morning. Many families eat ful, eggs, bread and cheese. Lunch is in the afternoon. It can be rice, chicken, potatoes, vegetables or soup. Dinner is in the evening. It is often light, like cheese, bread and salad. A snack is a small bite between meals, like an apple or some nuts. Healthy meals give us energy.
