Explanation

A son is اِبْن (ibn) and a daughter is بِنْت (bint). Their plurals are whole words: وِلَاد (boys, children) and بَنَات (girls). Brothers and sisters together are إِخْوَات (ikhwāt). Grandad is جِدّو (giddo) and grandma is تِيتَا (tēta). أَهْل (ahl) means your parents and close family. ج is a hard g in Cairo speech: giddo.
