Words like โalwaysโ and โoftenโ tell us how often. They end in -an, written ููุง (ุนูุงุฏูุฉู ends in ููุฉู). Put them after the verb or at the start of the sentence: ุฃูููุง ุฃูุดูุฑูุจ ุงูุดููุงู ุฏูุงุฆูู ูุง. The scale goes from ุฏูุงุฆูู ูุง (always) through ุบูุงููุจูุง (often) and ุฃูุญูููุงููุง (sometimes) to ููุงุฏูุฑูุง (rarely). For โneverโ, use ููุง with the verb and put ุฃูุจูุฏูุง after it: ููุง ุฃูุดูุฑูุจ ุงููููููููุฉ ุฃูุจูุฏูุง. Time phrases such as ูููู ููููู (every day) also tell how often.
My week. Write a line for six things you do: drinking tea, reading, playing, studying, writing, watching TV. Put a different adverb in each line, from ุฏูุงุฆูู ูุง to ุฃูุจูุฏูุง. Read the lines aloud and say if they are true for you.
