Explanation
Windows Explorer (now called File Explorer) is the graphical shell for browsing and managing files and folders; its work is done by the explorer.exe program. It can be opened with Win+E, with the folder icon on the taskbar or from the right-click menu of the Start button. In the navigation pane on the left drives and folders appear as a tree; clicking the arrow beside a folder opens or closes the folders inside it, and the right side shows the contents of the chosen folder. The File Explorer window looks like the “This PC” window because one program runs both. Shortcut keys: Alt+← (previous folder), Alt+→ (next), Alt+↑ (one level up), Ctrl+F or Ctrl+E (search), F2 (rename), F5 (refresh), Ctrl+A (select all), Shift+F10 (context menu). To select several files: for files in a row hold Shift and click (or use the arrow keys); for separate files hold Ctrl and click them one by one. With the selected files, Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V in the target folder copy them all at once.
Worked examples
Selecting: of 10 files you want to copy the 1st, 4th and 7th. Hold Ctrl and click all three, press Ctrl+C, then Ctrl+V in the target folder.
Navigation: after going into Maktab → 8-sinf → Informatika, pressing Alt+↑ twice returns us to Maktab; Alt+← returns to the last visited folder.
Class activity
“Key relay”: each member of a group does one action without the mouse (open Explorer, enter a folder, search, select, copy) and hands over to the next.
