Объяснение

One can write about mountains both as a poem and as information. The textbook has the poem “Tog‘lar” (Mountains) by Azim Suyun, where the poet enjoys the beauty of mountains. A poem carries feelings; an informative text carries exact facts. We do not retell the poem; we read our own text about mountains. The highest peak in the world is Everest, in the Himalayas. Uzbekistan too has mountains, such as the Tien Shan and Hisor ranges.

Примеры
“A trip to the mountains”. On Sunday we climbed a mountain with the family. Dad reminded us to take warm jackets and water. On the way we drank from a clean spring. The slope was steep, so we walked slowly. From the top the village below looked like a small toy. We left nothing behind, put the rubbish in a bag and did not light a fire. Mountains give water to many rivers, so we must protect them.
Facts: many rivers begin from snow and glaciers in the mountains.
Работа в классе
