Textbook: Part 2, pp. 28–32
ЦельName tools and their purpose; spot personification.

Объяснение
Every tool is made for a certain job. The textbook has a poem by Ne’mat Dushayev in which work tools “speak”. The author wrote poems and stories for children in his books. We do not retell the poem; we read our own text. Tools “speaking” is personification: a thing is given the human ability to talk.
Примеры
“Grandfather’s shed”. One day the tools in grandfather’s shed had a talk. The hoe said: “I loosen the soil, so the crops grow.” The axe said: “I split firewood, so the house is warm in winter.” The saw said: “I cut boards straight.” The hammer said: “Nothing is firm without a nail, and my blow drives it in.” Grandfather came in and said: “You are all needed, only let my hand not stay without work.”
Personification: “the hoe said” – a hoe cannot talk, but in the text it does.
