Объяснение
The question “why?” reveals problems we pass by without noticing. In the textbook story “Nega?..” (Why?..) by Zahro Hasanova the author notices the carelessness of children at a bus stop. We do not repeat the story; we read our own text. When retelling we can change the person: instead of “I saw” we say “he saw”.

“Bottles by the lake”. Sevinch went with her family to rest by the lake. After they left, other people came to the same place and left bottles and bags behind. Looking at it Sevinch wondered: “Why don’t people take their rubbish with them?” She brought a big sack from home and collected the rubbish. Children who saw her helped too. The next day a rubbish bin appeared by the lake.
Retelling (3rd person): “Sevinch went to the lake. She brought a sack ...” Now 1st person: “I went to the lake. I brought a sack ...”
