أَكَلْنَا (akalna) · we ateأَكَلُوا (akalu) · they ateرُحْنَا (ruḥna) · we wentرَاحُوا (rāḥu) · they wentإِنْتَ أَكَلْت (inta akalt) · you (man) ateإِنْتِي أَكَلْتِي (inti akalti) · you (woman) ate
Explanation

For «we», add -نَا: أَكَلْنَا. For «they», add -ـُوا: أَكَلُوا. For «you» to a man, the form is the same as «I»: أَكَلْت. For «you» to a woman, add -ي: أَكَلْتِي. So the pronoun and the situation tell you who is meant. Make a question with your voice: أَكَلْت؟ or أَكَلْتِي؟
