Explanation
A daily routine means doing everyday things in a set order and at set times. We wake up at the same time every day and get out of bed straight away. We do morning exercises, eat at the same times and play less on the computer. We go to bed at the same time and sleep at least 10 hours.
Worked examples
7:00 wake up, 7:10 exercises, 7:30 breakfast, 21:00 bedtime.
Class activity
“My day clock”: the teacher names parts of the day (“morning”, “lunch”, “evening”) and children act out what they do then: stretching, brushing teeth, eating, reading, sleeping.
