Explanation
School competitions teach fair play and friendship. We wear sports clothes, choose a team captain and make up a slogan. The race starts only after the signal. We respect referees and opponents, and accept winning or losing graciously.
Worked examples
After the game both teams shake hands and say “Thank you, good game!”
Class activity
“Relay race”: the class splits into two teams and picks a captain and slogan. After the whistle, each child carries a ball to a marker and back, then hands it to the next. At the end the teams congratulate each other.
