Объяснение

Spring is the season when nature awakens. The earth, tired in winter, comes back to life in spring and buds appear on trees. In the textbook poem “Tabib ko‘klam” (Spring the healer) by Rauf Tolib, spring heals every year the wounds that people cause to nature. We do not retell it; we read our own text. In expressive reading we heed punctuation: a short pause at a comma, a longer one at a full stop.

Примеры
“Spring the healer”. March came and the sun began to warm the earth. The soil frozen stiff in winter softened, and the first grass came out. Tiny buds swelled on the apple branches. “The orchard’s healer is spring,” says my grandfather, “because it gives life to everything.” On 21 March the holiday of Navro‘z came: we planted seedlings and cooked sumalak. Everybody was glad that nature had awakened.
Expressive reading: short pause at a comma, long pause at a full stop.
