Explanation

This lesson brings Unit 16 together with the earlier units: family, weather, past and comparison. Read Maryam's text aloud, line by line, and answer the questions. In line 3, كُلّ يَوْم means “every day”. In line 5, أُرِيد أَنْ أَعْمَل is a ready-made chunk. At the end write your own text of five lines about your study or your work.
