Объяснение
Two or more sentences linked by meaning are called a text (matn). All the sentences in a text are about one topic. If the sentences are about different things, they do not make a text. When we read a text we check that the sentences come in a logical order.

“Aquarium”. There is an aquarium in our classroom. Four goldfish swim in it. We feed them every day. The duty pupil keeps the water clean. The fish make us happy.
This is not a text: It rained today. The sheep graze. I got a 2 mark. (The sentences are not linked.)

“Text or not?”: the teacher reads groups of three sentences. Children stand if they are about one topic (a text) and stay seated if not.
