Composing a conversation

Объяснение
To compose a conversation we first decide the topic and the speakers: who is talking, where, and about what. The conversation begins with a greeting, continues with the main questions and answers, and ends with a goodbye. We write each line with a dash before it.

“At the library”. — Hello! I need a book about animals. — Hello! Here, take this book. — Thank you! For how long may I take it? — For two weeks. — Thank you, goodbye!
Speakers: the librarian and a pupil. Place: the library.

“On stage”: pairs pick a topic (at the shop, at the doctor’s, visiting guests) and compose a 4–6 line conversation. Then they perform it in front of the class.
