Textbook: Part 2, topic 10, pp. 44–55
ЦельDivide words with identical consonants into syllables and carry them over.
Новые слова
syllable · bo‘g‘into carry over · ko‘chirmoqquick · chaqqonplanet · sayyora
Объяснение
When dividing into syllables, one of the two identical consonants stays in the first syllable and the other goes to the next: chaq-qon, ar-ra (saw), say-yo-ra, ham-ma. We carry words over to the next line the same way.
Примеры
ma-hal-la (3), op-poq (2), iz-zat (2)
Wrong: cha-qqon, o-ppoq. Right: chaq-qon, op-poq.
Работа в классе
“Two halves”: children write a word on paper and cut (or draw a line) between the two identical consonants, then read the two parts.
