Where is it?

Explanation

We say where things are. The cat is on the table. The dog is under the table. The chair is next to the table. The book is in the bag. These small words tell us where.

Listen. Kiran and Diya look at the picture.
Look. The teddy is on the bed. The shoe is under the bed.
Where is your shoe now? Say: My shoe is ... .
Class activity

Hide the toy. A grown-up hides a small toy on, under, in or next to something in the room. You ask: ‘Is it on the chair?’ The grown-up answers. Say where you find it: ‘It is under the bed!’
