Equatorial forest, seasonal forest, savanna, semi-desert and desert, steppe, mixed/broadleaf forest, taiga, tundra, ice desert.

On the atlas natural zones map find and write the zones in which Uzbekistan lies.
Mainly desert and semi-desert; also foothill steppes and mountain belts.

Draw altitudinal belts on one mountain (foot – desert/steppe, middle – forest, top – ice).
The drawing should show the belts changing from bottom to top.

Why can many desert animals live long without water?
Because they are adapted to use water sparingly and get it from their food.
