Og‘riq nomlari «-ache» (og‘riq) bilan tugaydi: head + ache = headache, tooth + ache = toothache, ear + ache = earache, stomach + ache = stomachache, back + ache = backache. «Ache» so‘zi «eyk» deb o‘qiladi. «A cold» va «a cough» – kasallik: «I have a cold.» «Temperature» – tana harorati; yuqori bo‘lsa, «I have a temperature.» Tomoq og‘rig‘i – «a sore throat». Eslab qoling: kasal bo‘lsangiz, darhol kattalarga ayting; dorini faqat kattalar beradi, o‘zingiz ichmang.
