Объяснение
In a story nothing happens without a reason: we ask why it happened. We should not guess what we do not know; we should ask people who know and read about it. The little hero in the textbook also gets something wrong about the sun, and his knowledgeable friend explains it correctly. We read our own story and draw a conclusion.
Примеры
“Pishpish and the rainbow”. After the rain a rainbow appeared in the sky. Pishpish shouted: “It is a bridge in the sky!” His friend Durbinjon said with a laugh: “No, sunlight falls on the raindrops and splits into colours.” Pishpish was amazed and looked at the drops again. Now he says: “If I don’t know, I ask.”
Conclusion: asking about what you do not know is a sign of wisdom.
