A dream job mind map and a check-up
In the Roundtable, sit in a circle and each person shares one dream job. Discuss: What skills do you need? What are your plans? Who inspires you? A dream job mind map has the job in the middle and four branches: Plans, Predictions, Skills and Talents, Ambitions. Write at least three going to sentences: I’m going to study … ; I’m going to learn … ; Look at my marks! I’m going to pass. Do not promise success: say I hope to or I’m going to try. Check-up: you can read an advertisement, use going to for plans and predictions, write a review with apostrophes, and use collocations. Dialog practice: A: What are you going to do after school? B: I’m going to study and then train.

What are you going to do after school, Reem?

I’m going to join a sports club. I want to be a coach.
Good luck! It’s going to be hard work.
