Text 1

School counselor Dilfuza Hamidova argues that high schools should begin classes an hour later. Teenagers naturally fall asleep later at night, she writes, so an early start leaves many of them tired and less able to concentrate during the first lessons.

Text 2

Transport manager Sherzod Nabiev says that a later start may well improve alertness. Yet it would also move the end of the day later, and that could disrupt sports practice, after-school jobs and the bus routes that carry students home. Schools, he writes, should plan for these problems before changing the schedule.

Based on the texts, how would the author of Text 2 most likely respond to the claim in Text 1?
