Differences: the project is wider and justifies efficiency and social-economic aspects too; the plan is often part of the project. Similarities: both are organisational-economic documents; both rely on calculation.

Why may many startups fail? Write three reasons.
Demand was misjudged; money runs out quickly; it is hard to gain a firm place in the market; team or technical problems.

About a “business angel” or “venture fund”: do they benefit from investing? Why might they prefer not to interfere in a startup? Write 2–3 sentences.
Their aim is long-term profit; if the team works independently, the idea may develop faster. But these are only concepts; investing can be risky.
