Why are the presidential term and parliament’s structure changed by referendum or constitutional amendment?
Because they are basic rules of the state fixed in the Constitution; they must be changed by a public vote or a special procedure, not by an ordinary law.

What did the 2017 court reform change? Write two sentences.
The Supreme Court and the Higher Economic Court were merged, and military courts were moved into the Supreme Court system. As a result there is a single highest body for court proceedings.
