В отрицательных предложениях и вопросах вместо «some» используем «any». Отрицание: «There aren’t any limes.» Вопрос: «Are there any pears?» Ответ: «Yes, there are.» или «No, there aren’t.» В утвердительном предложении: «There are some pears.» Об одном предмете: «Is there a lemon?» — «Yes, there is.»
