Healthy food every day

Discover Term 2: Axis 3, Chapter 3
GoalChoose healthy foods for a meal and say which foods to eat lots of, some of, and a little of.
New words
healthy food · food that helps our body grow and be strongmeal · food we eat at one time
Explanation

Our bodies need different kinds of food. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, such as apples, carrots and tomatoes. We should eat some bread, rice, and milk or cheese. We should eat only a little of sweets and chocolate, because too many are bad for our teeth. We drink water every day. A healthy meal has food from different groups, so it has many colours.
